AMAA Mission Statement
The primary focus of the American Martial Arts Alliance Institute is to develop discipline, respect, honor, accountability, and leadership through the philosophy of Martial Arts and to provide services and guidance to foster technical excellence and maintain the highest standards in the martial arts community.
Students are encouraged to participate and compete whenever possible to interact and exchange skills with other martial artists. The American Martial Arts Alliance Institute will uphold the integrity, ethics, and spirit of fairness within sports karate, honor and support the unsung heroes of martial arts, and pave the way for future champions.

Welcome to the American Martial Arts Alliance Foundation. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We have been granted federal tax-exempt status as a charitable, educational 501 (c)(3) organization. For your records.
The AMAA offers Consultation Services to help instructors with the business of running a program through our education training courses and hosting successful tournaments.
We also support the formation of a successful curriculum for any form of Martial Arts study. Our mission is to spread the ethics and integrity of Martial Arts throughout the world.

The celebrations was scheduled for June 26th-27th in Las Vegas at the AMAA Legends Awards Banquet at the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino and again with us 2 weeks later in Vegas. As in 2019, the AMAAF celebration was to have been followed by Century Martial Arts’ MAIA SUPERSHOW… it would have been 3 WORLD-CLASS EVENTS, BACK TO BACK!
With all Las Vegas events canceled, we are excited that our entire AMAA celebration this year will be online, and the dollars we would have invested in airline and hotel costs are kept home as we all hunker down.
All of our inductees’ Who’s Who Pioneer & Masters Edition books they have ordered along with any awards they have ordered—Certificates and Plaques they may want for display--will be shipped and will arrive to you prior to the event.
