These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) and The American Martial Arts Alliance (“Business,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) regarding your use of our products and services (“Services”). Description of Services
We provide business and personal products and services to support clients in achieving their personal and professional objectives. Our products and services may include publishing, coaching, group programs, workshops, special events, webinars, and online resources.

Client Responsibilities

Honesty and Cooperation: You agree to provide accurate information about yourself, your business, and your goals. Active participation, open communication, and adherence to guidance are required.

Confidentiality: Information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential. You agree not to disclose other clients’ information or proprietary materials without prior written consent.

Personal Responsibility: Our Services provide guidance, but you are ultimately responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Payment and Refunds

Fees: Fees for Services will be outlined separately or within the coaching agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Payment Terms: Payment is due in advance or as agreed upon. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment.

Refunds: In exceptional circumstances, refunds or credits may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All event materials, speeches, digital content, and resources provided are our exclusive intellectual property. You may not record, reproduce, or distribute any part of our Services without prior written consent.

No Unauthorized Distribution: You are prohibited from reselling, repackaging, or redistributing our speeches, coaching frameworks, event recordings, or any other proprietary content in any form.

Personal Use Only: Content shared during events and coaching is for your personal and professional development and may not be used to create competing services or training programs.

 
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from the use of our Services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or losses related to your use of our Services.

Termination
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship by providing written notice. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees incurred before termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North Carolina.

Privacy Policy

SMS Terms

By opting into our SMS service, you agree to receive text messages from us. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. For details regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

You may opt out of the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our shortcode. Upon receipt of your “STOP” message, we will send you a confirmation SMS verifying your opt-out status. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may do so by signing up again through the same method initially used.
